摘要
在文化与旅游的深度融合对旅游从业人员提出更高要求的今天,高职旅游专业人才培养模式面临着培养方案不够优化、师资队伍布局不够合理、校企合作流于表面及教育渠道形式单一等多方面挑战,唯有持续优化人才培养体系,确保人才培养质量,建设优秀教师团队,实现教育合力,构建文旅产教融合,校企密切合作共同体,搭建丰富的培养平台,提升学生综合素质,才能切实为文旅融合发展提供持续而有力的智力支撑和人才保障。
Today,the deep integration of culture and tourism puts forward higher requirements for tourism practitioners.The training mode of tourism professionals in higher vocational colleges is faced with many challenges,such as insufficient optimization of talents training,unreasonable structure of teaching force,superficial school-enterprise cooperation and single form of education channels.Only by continuously optimizing the talent training system,ensuring the quality of talent training,building an excellent team of teachers,realizing the joint of education,constructing the integration of culture,tourism,industry and education,building a close cooperation community between schools and enterprises,building a rich training platform,and improving the comprehensive quality of students,can we provide sustained and powerful intellectual support and talent guarantee for the development of integration of cultureandtourism.
