摘要
【目的】筛选能降解难溶性磷的PGPR菌株。【方法】采用解磷圈法从15株PGPR中筛选透明圈直径最大的菌株,并将解磷菌加入到番茄育苗基质和灌根方式测定了解磷菌对幼苗期和成株期番茄促生作用及根围土壤养分的影响。【结果】经过16srRNA序列比对,2株解磷菌LZT-5和FQG-5分别为不动杆菌(Acinetobacter)和嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia),其解磷透明圈直径分别为2.33和2.27 cm。用10%FQG-5和LZT-5育苗后番茄幼苗株高、茎粗和叶面积最高,分别为13.66 cm、0.35 cm、28.95 cm2和13.70 cm、0.36 cm、29.75 cm2,显著高于其他处理。用FQG-5灌根后露地番茄根围的速效磷、速效钾、硝态氮、有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾含量分别为40.05 mg·kg^-1、193.00 mg·kg^-1、78.30 mg·kg^-1、50.53 mg·kg^-1、37.79 g·kg^-1、0.80 g·kg^-1、0.79 g·kg^-1和2.03 g·kg^-1,均显著高于其他处理。【结论】解磷菌FQG-5可以促进番茄根围土壤养分转化成速效性养分,从而促进番茄植株生长,提高产量。
【Objective】This paper aimed to find out the strains that could degrade insoluble phosphorus in the soil.【Method】The phosphate solubilizing method was used to select the strains in 15 PGPR strains, and the effect of phosphorus bacteria on the growth promotion of seedlings and adult tomatoes and on the soil nutrients in the rhizosphere by adding the phosphate bacteria to the tomato seedling substrate and root irrigation was determined.【Result】The diameters of the transparent circle of LZT-5 and FQG-5 which were identified as Acinetobacter and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia with 16 sRNA sequence blasting were 2.33 and 2.27 cm, respectively. The plant height, stem diameter and leaf area of tomato seedlings were the highest, which were 13.66 cm, 0.35 cm, 28.95 cm2 and 13.70 cm, 0.36 cm and 29.75 cm2, respectively, dramatically raised with 10 % FQG-5 and LZT-5, being significantly higher than that with other treatments. The available P, K, NO3-N, organic matter, total N, total P and total K in the tomato rhizosphere were 40.05 mg·kg^-1, 193.00 mg·kg^-1, 78.30 mg·kg^-1, 50.53 mg·kg^-1, 37.79 g·kg^-1, 0.80 g·kg^-1, 0.79 g·kg^-1 and 2.03 g·kg^-1, respectively, being significantly higher than that in other treatments. 【Conclusion】Therefore, it could be concluded that FQG-5 in the tomato rhizosphere could enhance the soil nutrients transformation into available nutrients and promote tomato growth.
