摘要
目的:研究补肾固骨汤联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性骨质疏松症的效果。方法:选取某院老年性骨质疏松症患者108例(2016年7月~2019年7月),按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各54例。对照组采用阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察组采用补肾固骨汤联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前、治疗3个月后中医证候积分、疼痛程度[视觉模拟量表(VAS评分)]、骨代谢标志物[甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、N-端骨钙素(N-MID)]及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率92.59%高于对照组77.78%(P<0.05);治疗3个月后观察组中医证候积分、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后观察组PTH低于对照组,N-MID水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5.56%低于对照组18.52%(P<0.05)。结论:补肾固骨汤联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性骨质疏松症疗效显著,能缓解疼痛,降低中医证候积分,改善骨代谢标志物水平,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To study the effect of Bushen Gugu decoction combined with alendronate in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods:108 cases of elderly osteoporosis patients in a hospital(July 2016~July 2019)were selected.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,wtih 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alendronate,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Gugu decoction combined with alendronate,then the efficacy,TCM syndrome scores before treatment and after 3 months of treatment between the two groups,pain degree[visual analog scale(VAS score)],bone metabolism markers[parathyroid hormone(PTH),N-terminal osteocalcin(N-MID)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(92.59%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%,P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the PTH of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the N-MID level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than that in the control group(18.52%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Gugu decoction combined with alendronate has a significant effect in the treatment of senile osteoporosis,which can relieve pain,reduce the score of TCM syndrome,improve the level of bone metabolism markers,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
