摘要
以3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷和二甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料制得氨基硅油,再将其与四氢全氟辛基丙烯酰苯甲酸酯反应制得氟烷基改性聚硅氧烷,乳化后用于棉织物的功能整理。采用红外光谱和扫描电镜表征了产物结构和整理织物表面形貌,并测试了整理后棉织物的疏液性能和热稳定性。结果表明,实验成功制得目标产物,整理后棉纤维表面被氟烷基改性聚硅氧烷覆盖,疏液性能和热稳定性提高;随着氟烷基改性聚硅氧烷中氟含量从0提高到23%,整理后棉织物对水的接触角从129°提高到141°,对乙二醇的接触角从112°提高到130°,对丙三醇的接触角从124°提高到137°,质量损失率5%时的温度从128.3℃提高到222.2℃。
Amino silicone oil has been prepared with 3-aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane and dimethyldimethoxysilane,and then it reacts with tetrahydroperfluorooctyl acryloyl benzoate to prepare fluoroalkyls-modified polysiloxane in cotton fabric finishing after emulsification.The chemical structure of product and fabric are characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,and the liquid repellency and thermal stability of the finished cotton fabric were tested.The results show that the target product is successfully prepared in the experiment.The surface of the treated cotton fabric fiber is covered by fluoroalkyl modified polysiloxane,and the liquid repellency and thermal stability are improved.The water contact angles of cotton fabrics increases from 129°to 141°;the contact angle to ethylene glycol increases from 112°to 130°,the contact angle to glycerol increases from 124°to 137°.The temperature at 5%mass loss rate increases from 128.3℃to 222.2℃.
