摘要
目的:研究阴式手术、宫腔镜电切术与宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗PCSD疗效。方法:入组对象为本院2016年4月~2018年3月收治的70例剖宫产手术患者。A组(23例)行阴式手术患者,B组(24例)行宫腔镜电切术,C组(23例)行宫腔镜联合手术。随访1年,比较三种术式治疗PCSD的临床疗效。结果:B组手术指标最好(P<0.05)。A组手术时间和术中出血量优于C组(P<0.05),C组阴道出血时间优于A组(P<0.05)。B组住院时间最短,A组最长(P<0.05)。A组住院费用最少,C组最多(P<0.05)。术后半年B组月经改善情况不如A、C组(P<0.05)。结论:三种术式各有优点,临床需根据患者实际情况进行科学选择。
Objective:To study the effect of transvaginal operation,hysteroscopic electrotomy and hysteroscopic laparoscopy in the treatment of PCSD.Methods:70 cases of cesarean section were enrolled in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018.Group A(23 cases)received vaginal operation,group B(24 cases)received underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy,group C(23 cases)received hysteroscopic combined operation.Follow up for 1 year to compare the clinical efficacy of the three surgical treatments for PCSD.Results:Group B had the best operation index(P<0.05).The operation time and bleeding volume in group A were better than that group C(P<0.05),vaginal bleeding time in group C was better than that group A(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of group B was the shortest,the longest in group A(P<0.05).The cost of hospitalization in group A was the least and group C the most(P<0.05).The improvement of menstruation in group B was not as good as that in groups A and C(P<0.05).Conclusion:All three methods have advantages,clinical needs to be selected according to the actual situation.
