摘要
                
                    为了减轻金具质量,提升金具的安全裕度,开展了高强材料金具的研制工作。结果表明,在借鉴我国±800 k V直流和1 000 k V交流工程连接金具设计、制造、建设及运行经验基础上,结合输电线路连接金具的特点,通过材料遴选、三维建模、力学性能、热处理仿真及锻造成型仿真分析、力学性能试验研究,成功研制了基于ZG30Cr Mo材料经过热处理和锻造仿真的轻型化金具,金具可减重12%,技术经济效益显著。
                
                In order to reduce the weight of fittings and improve the safety margin of fittings,the research and development of high-strength material fittings is carried out.Based on the design,manufacture,construction and operation experience of±800 k V DC and 1000 k V AC line project connecting fittings in China,and the characteristics of transmission line connecting fittings,the research on material selection,three-dimensional modeling,mechanical properties,heat treatment process,forging simulation analysis and mechanical property were carried out.As a result,the lightweight fittings based on ZG30 Cr Mo material after heat treatment and forging process have been successfully developed.The weight of fittings can be reduced by 12%,and the technical and economic benefits are remarkable.
