摘要
风力发电机组安全链是风电机组控制系统的核心,可实时监控风力发电机组中各个系统的运行安全,保证风力发电机组安全、稳定及可靠地运行。本文依据安全链的结构及现实作用,设计了适合实验研究和教学的风力发电机组安全链故障模拟实验平台及实验使用流程。该平台可有效模拟风力发电机组故障时安全链开关的动作情况,有效地丰富了高校及培训机构的风力发电实验仪器种类,为学生认识、理解及研究风电机组安全链故障创造了有利的实验条件,可提高学生处理风力发电机组安全链故障时的动手实践能力。
The wind turbine safety chain is the core of the control system of wind turbine,which can monitor the operation safety of each system in real time and ensure the safe,stable and reliable operation of wind turbine.According to the structure and practical function of safety chain,this paper designs a safety chain fault simulation experiment platform which is suitable for experimental research and teaching and the experiment flow of the platform.The platform can effectively simulate the action of safety chain switch in case of wind turbine failure,and effectively enrich the types of wind power experimental instruments in training institutions.It creates favorable experimental conditions for students to know,understand and study the safety chain fault of wind turbine,and improves their practical ability when dealing with the safety chain fault of wind turbine.
