摘要
目的研究中医传统关节粘连松懈术用于足踝部损伤术后康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选取沈阳市骨科医院2017年1月—2019年6月期间收治的足踝部损伤行手术治疗患者88例,随机分为对照组及松懈术组,各44例,对照组接受常规康复治疗,松懈术组在常规康复治疗同时给予中医关节粘连松懈术,比较2组临床疗效、治疗3个月后踝关节跖屈、背伸活动情况,治疗3个月后患者踝关节及后足功能、行走时疼痛情况。结果松懈术组临床总有效率显著更高(P<0.05),治疗后踝关节跖屈、背伸活动度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),松懈术组踝关节及后足功能评分(AOFAS)显著更高(P<0.05),松懈术组行走时疼痛评分(VAS)显著更低(P<0.05)。结论在足踝部损伤术后康复治疗中给予患者关节粘连松懈术可取得良好治疗效果,促进足踝功能恢复,推广价值高。
Objective To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine joint adhesion release in the rehabilitation treatment of foot and ankle injury.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,88 patients with foot and ankle injury were randomly divided into two groups:Control Group(N=44)and Slack Operation Group(N=44)Slackening Operation Group was given slackening operation of joint adhesion at the same time of routine rehabilitation treatment.The clinical effect,Plantar flexion and Dorsiflexion of ankle joint were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment Ankle and Hind Foot function and walking pain were assessed after3 months of treatment.Results The clinical effective rate was significantly higher in the loosening group(P<0.05),the Plantar flexion and Dorsiflexion of the ankle were significantly higher in the loosening group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the ankle and foot function score(AOFAS)was significantly higher in the loosening group(P<0.05)The Vas of walking pain score was significantly lower in the relaxed group than in the relaxed group(P<0.05).Conclusion The arthrodesis is a good method for the rehabilitation of ankle injury,which can promote the recovery of ankle function and has high value in popularization.
