摘要
文章基于粮食安全视角,在分析河南省农业发展现状的基础上,提出了扛稳粮食安全重任、调优农业生产结构、促进产业融合发展等农业高质量发展路径,并从夯实发展基础、强化科技支撑、完善服务体系、健全政策保障等方面提出了健全保障机制的思路。
Based on the perspective of food security,the status of agricultural development in Henan Province was analyzed in the study.Agricultural high-quality development paths were put forward,i.e.,stabilizing food security,optimizing the structure of agricultural production,and promoting the integrated development of industry.In terms of consolidating the development foundation,strengthening scientific and technological support,improving the service system,and improving policy guarantees,ideas for guarantee mechanism were proposed.
