摘要
分子靶向药在恶性肿瘤治疗领域中占有越来越重要的地位,但相关不良反应严重影响了肿瘤治疗的顺利进行。中药在改善靶向药不良反应方面已经进行了大量的研究,取得了良好的效果。现从中药改善靶向药不良反应中皮疹、腹泻、蛋白尿3个方面综述近年来中药联合靶向药治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展。
Molecular targeted drugs are playing an increasingly important role in the field of malignant tumor therapy,but related adverse reactions seriously affect the smooth progress of tumor therapy.A lot of studies have been done on improving the adverse reactions of targeted drugs,and good results have been achieved.In this paper,the research progress of Chinese medicine combined with targeted drugs in the treatment of malignant tumors in recent years is reviewed from three aspects:rash,diarrhea and proteinuria in the improvement of adverse reactions of targeted drugs.
