摘要
目的探讨不同类型的真空采血管对生化检验结果的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年5月本院收治的110例患者作为研究对象,取清晨空腹静脉血,依次放置在普通采血管(设为A组)、肝素锂抗凝真空采血管(设为B组)、分离胶真空采血管(设为C组)、EDTA-K2抗凝真空采血管(设为D组)及枸橼酸钠真空采血管(设为E组),将血清或血浆分离后通过全自动生化分析仪及配套的设备检测18项生化检验指标。比较各组生化检验结果。结果E组生化检验指标(GGT、GLU、CK-MB、CK)与A组、B组、C组及D组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除Cr外,D组、E组各项生化检验项目的检验结果与A组、B组、C组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在生化检验中,采用不同的真空采血管会给部分检验指标带来一定的影响,建议尽可能选择对检验结果影响较小的真空采血管,以保证临床检验结果的准确性。
Objective Explore the influence of different types of vacuum blood collection vessels on biochemical test results.Method A total of 110 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.Morning fasting venous blood was collected and placed in common blood collection vessel(group A),heparin lithium anticoagulant vacuum blood collection vessel(group B),separation gel vacuum blood collection vessel(group C),EDTA-K2 anticoagulant vacuum blood collection vessel(group D)and sodium citrate vacuum blood collection vessel(group E),after the separation of serum or plasma,18 biochemical indexes were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and supporting equipment.The biochemical test results of each group were compared.Result The biochemical indexes(GGT,Glu,CK-MB,CK)of group group E were significantly different from those of group A,group B,group C and group D(P<0.05);Except for Cr,the biochemical test results of group D and group E were significantly different from those of group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion In the biochemical test,the use of different vacuum collection vessels will bring some influence on some test indexes.It is suggested that the vacuum collection vessels with less influence on the test results should be selected as far as possible to ensure the accuracy of clinical test results.
