摘要
在经济迅猛发展、市场经济竞争加剧的背景下,中小企业既迎来了转型机遇,也面对着较大的挑战。如今,企业间的激烈竞争包含了产品质量与服务等方面,人的因素尽管比较隐蔽,但仍然很关键。论文首先介绍了时代背景,然后针对管理心理学以及人力资源管理作出了相应的阐释,最后针对管理心理学在中小企业人力资源管理中的应用展开了分析。
Under the background of rapid economic development and intensified competition in the market economy,small and medium-sized enterprises are both ushering in transformation opportunities and facing greater challenges.Today,the intense competition among enterprises includes product quality,service and other aspects.The human factor,although more hidden,is still critical.The paper firstly introduces the background of the times,then explains management psychology and human resources management,and finally analyzes the application of management psychology in human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
