摘要
自制芦荟水溶液为水相,以橄榄油为油相,以氧化锌、二氧化钛、云母、碳酸钙颗粒及其混合粒子作为稳定剂,制备出了一种新型O/W型Pickering乳液。通过数码生物显微镜观察Pickering乳液的液滴粒径及稳定性,紫外分光光度计检测Pickering乳液的吸光度。结果表明,用氧化锌、二氧化钛、碳酸钙和云母混合颗粒所制备Pickering乳液均是O/W型,随着油水比的增大,Pickering乳液的液滴粒径增大;随着微小固体颗粒用量的增大,Pickering乳液的液滴粒径也会增大。以碳酸钙、氧化锌、二氧化钛、云母及其混合粒子为稳定剂制备的水包橄榄油Pickering乳液,对UVA段和UVB段紫外线均有较好的吸收。
O/W type Pickering emulsions were prepared by using a homemade aloe water as water phase,olive oil as oil phase,zinc oxide,titanium dioxide,mica and calcium carbonate particles as stabilizers.The droplet size and stability of the Pickering emulsion were observed by a digital biomicroscope,and the ultraviolet absorption performance of the Pickering emulsions was measured by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The results showed that the Pickering emulsions prepared by the mixing particles of zinc oxide,titanium dioxide,calcium carbonate and mica was of O/W type.The droplet size of Pickering emulsion increased with the increasing of oil-water ratio.As the amount of fine solid particles increased,the droplet size of Pickering emulsion will also be increased.The Pickering emulsions of olive oil in water prepared by using calcium carbonate,zinc oxide,titanium dioxide,Mica and mixed particles as stabilizers had good ultraviolet absorption performance in the UVA and UVB stages.
