摘要
代谢综合征(MS)是由多种因素造成的代谢紊乱性症候群,更倾向于一种疾病前状态,极大地增加了人们患心血管疾病的风险.目前较为公认的MS病因包括腹型肥胖、胰岛素抵抗等因素.不健康的生活方式,亦从侧面导致了该疾病的蔓延.现就代谢综合征病因及防治进行综述,旨为对该病人群进行早期筛查及干预提供依据.
Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a group of metabolic disorder syndromes,which is caused by many fac⁃tors and tends to be a pre-disease state,and greatly increases the risk of people’s cardiovascular disease.At present,the more recognized causes of MS include abdominal obesity,insulin resistance and other factors.The current unhealthy lifestyle has also contributed to the spread of the disease from the side.This article reviews the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of MS,aims to provide evidence for early screening and correspond⁃ing intervention of the disease population.
