摘要
给水控制系统参数直接影响系统控制效果,如何优化系统参数成为给水控制的关键。本文以某350 MW直流锅炉为对象,使用粒子群算法对上述给水模型相关参数进行优化,以此获得机组40%、60%、80%负荷工况下的模型参数,并利用二次曲线拟合,建立负荷与控制参数间的函数曲线。最后结合自适应PID控制,完成对系统的控制仿真实验。结果表明:该方法显著提高了系统的鲁棒性,给水控制品质得到了有效提升。
The control parameters of the water supply control system directly affect the system control effect.How to optimize the control parameters becomes the key to the control of the water supply system.This paper proposes a water supply control strategy that integrates the intermediate point temperature and enthalpy value.Meanwhile,particle swarm optimization was used to optimize the relevant parameters of the above-mentioned water supply model for the control effect improving.The particle swarm algorithm identifies model parameters for 40%,60%,and 80%load conditions,and uses quadratic curve fitting to establish a function curve between load and control parameters and perform simulation tests.The test results show that the method has strong robustness and the control quality has been effectively improved.
