摘要
桥梁监测系统为桥梁的维护和管理提供依据,保障人们出行的生命安全。由于桥梁结构和传感器受外部环境影响,传感器采集系统在使用的过程中存在零点漂移现象,严重地影响了测量精度。纯硬件的方法去除零点漂移效果不佳,并且成本太高。为了查看更准确的数据,检测出发生零点漂移的时间段,通过软件的方法使用多项式拟合去除数据呈现的漂移趋势。该方法在实际的采集实验中,非线性趋势数据未知分段点的情况下,能有效地去除采集数据中的零点漂移,为桥梁监测系统数据修正提供了可行的解决方案。
For the bridge structure and the sensor are affected by external environment,zero drift occurs during the application of the sensor acquisition system,which seriously affects the measurement accuracy.However,the effect of removing zero drift of hardware⁃only method is poor and the cost is high.In the software method,polynomial fitting is used to remove the drift trend of the data,so as to view the data more accurately for the detection of zero drift period.In the actual acquisition experiment,this method could effectively remove the zero drift during data collection when the segment point of nonlinear trend data was unknown.The result provides a feasible solution for the data correction of bridge monitoring system.
