摘要
目的分析2012-2018年隆德县上消化道癌筛查项目的成本效果,为制定上消化道癌防治策略提供参考。方法通过整群抽样,采用内镜下碘染(食管癌)和可疑病灶取活检的方式对隆德县40~69岁的居民进行筛查,收集筛查成本资料,计算发现阳性病例成本、发现早期病例成本以及发现早期病例成本系数。采用3%进行贴现率计算。结果2012-2018年共筛查目标人群7178例,检出阳性病例136例,早期病例101例。平均每检出1例阳性病例的成本21890元,每检出1例早期病例的成本29476元,早期发现成本系数1.73。结论在隆德县开展上消化道癌筛查具有较好的卫生经济学成本效果。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the cost-effectiveness of screening program for upper gastrointestinal cancer in Longde County from 2012to 2018,and provide a reference formulate strategies for the prevention and treatment of upper gastrointestinal cancer of Ningxia.METHODS By cluster sampling,residents aged 40-69were screened by endoscopic iodine staining and biopsy of suspicious lesions.The cost of screening were collected to calculate the cost of finding positive cases and finding early cases,the cost coefficient of finding early cases.Discount rate was calculated at 3percent.RESULTS Total of 7178residents were screened,136positive cases and 101early cases were diagnosed from 2012to 2018.The average cost for one positive case detected was 21890Yuan,while it was 29476Yuan for one early case.The EDCI was 1.73.CONCLUSION Screening for upper gastrointestinal cancer in Longde County has good healthy economic benefits.
