摘要
目的探讨以家庭为中心的赋能教育在妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月在我院建卡产检的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇86例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和观察组。对照组采用传统的健康教育,观察组采用以家庭为中心的赋能教育进行健康教育,比较两组产妇血糖、自护能力和母乳情况。结果 (1)观察组的血糖控制更好[空腹血糖(6.13±0.67)mmol/L vs.(6.76±1.27)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖(7.37±0.71)mmol/L vs.(8.42±1.08)mmol/L];(2)观察组的自护能力量表评分更高(110.39±7.75) vs.(102.46±7.38)分;(3)观察组泌乳启动时间更短[(54.26±4.37) vs.(68.67±5.14)]h,产后纯母乳喂养比例更高(83.72 vs. 58.14)%,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论赋能教育有利于帮助妊娠期糖尿病妇女控制血糖,提高自我护理能力,提高母乳喂养率。
Objective To explore the application effect of family-centered empowerment education in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 86 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus who built cards and underwent examination in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and experimental group. The control group was treated with traditional health education, while the observation group was treated with family-centered empowerment education. Blood glucose, self-care ability and breast milk of the two groups were compared. Results(1) The blood glucose in the observation group was better controlled(fasting blood glucose 6.13±0.67 mmol/L vs. 6.76±1.27 mmol/L, blood glucose at 2 hours after meal 7.37±0.71 mmol/L vs. 8.42±1.08 mmol/L).(2) The self-care ability scale score of the observation group was higher(110.39±7.75 vs. 102.46±7.38).(3) In the observation group, the start-up time of lactation was lower(54.26±4.37 vs. 68.67±5.14)h, and the proportion of exclusive breastfeeding after delivery was higher(83.72 vs. 58.14)%, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Empowerment education can help women with gestational diabetes mellitus control their blood glucose, improve their self-care ability and increase the rate of breastfeeding.
