摘要
为了探究GECAM卫星LaBr3(Ce)探测器的主要性能,利用硬X射线测试装置所产生的单能X射线对LaBr3(Ce)探测器进行初步的性能测试,并用ROOT程序对数据进行处理。测试得到了LaBr(Ce)探测器8.3~63.0keV的能量与能道的关系曲线、能量分辨率曲线以及全能峰探测效率曲线。测试结果表明,LaBr3(Ce)探测器在8.3~63.0 keV时的能量线性为0.9994,能量分辨率为14.86%@38.0keV,探测效率曲线在39.0keV出现明显的吸收边,与理论预期相符,满足LaBr3(Ce)探测器的设计要求。
Aim to explore the main performance of the GECAM satellite LaBr:(Ce)detector,so the single energy X-ray which produced by the hard X-ray testing device is used to make the preliminary performance test for the LaBrg(Ce)detector,and processing the data by ROOT program.The LaBr3(Ce)detector's relationship curve between energy and energy channel,energy resolution curve and the full-energy peak detection efficiency curve from 8.3 keV to 63.0 keV are obtained through testing.The test results have showed the linear energy of LaBr;(Ce)detector is 0.9994 at 8.3 keV^63.0 keV,the energy resolution is 14.86%@38.0 keV,and the detection efficiency curve has an obvious absorption edge at 39.0 keV,which is consistent with the theoretical expectation and compliances the design requirements of LaBrs(Ce)detector.
