摘要
封髓疏解法是固精封髓法与疏肝和解法合用治疗阴虚火旺、相火妄动或相火易动所致的疾病。三才封髓丹有滋阴润燥,泻火坚阴,固精封髓的功效。笔者临床常选用三才封髓丹合用四逆散、小柴胡汤等方剂加减,治疗勃起功能障碍、早泄、慢性前列腺炎等属阴虚火旺、相火妄动或相火易动的男科疾病,疗效显著。根据临床实践提出相火易动、气机郁滞为男科诸多疾病的常见病机。
The method of Fensui Shujie is fensui treatment combine with Shugan Hejie treatment,which is used to treat diseases caused by hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,hyperactivity of the ministerial fire and easy-activity of the ministerial fire.Sancai Fengshui pill has the effects of nourishing yin,nourishing dryness,reducing fire and strengthening yin,and consolidating essence and sealing marrow.The author often chooses Sancai Fengsui mini-pill combined with Sini powder,Xiaochaihu decoction and other prescriptions to treat andrology erectile dysfunction,premature ejaculation,chronic prostatitis and so on,which are caused by hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,hyperactivity of the ministerial fire and easy-activity of the ministerial fire.It has significant clinical effects and according to clinical practice,it is proposed that the phase fire is easy to move and the qi stagnation is one of the common pathogenesis of many diseases in andrology.
