摘要
采用氢氧化钠-硫磺从含砷烟尘中选择性浸出砷,研究了浸出过程的工艺条件和动力学。结果表明:在氢氧化钠浓度3.0 mol/L、硫磺用量0.075 g/g、液固比6∶1、浸出温度95℃、浸出时间2.0 h、搅拌速度400 r/min条件下,砷、锑、铅和锌浸出率分别为99.27%、1.83%、0.20%和0.15%,浸出渣中砷含量为0.08%;砷的浸出过程主要受固膜内扩散控制,浸出反应表观活化能为7.62 kJ/mol。
Arsenic was selectively leached from arsenic-bearing dust by using sodium hydroxide and sulfur, and the processing conditions and kinetics of the leaching process were discussed. Results show that the leaching process at 95 ℃ for 2.0 h with the sodium hydroxide concentration of 3.0 mol/L, sulfur dosage of 0.075 g/g, liquid-solid ratio at 6∶1, by stirring at the speed of 400 r/min, results in the leaching rates of arsenic, antimony, lead and zinc respectively reaching 99.27%, 1.83%, 0.20% and 0.15%, with 0.08% of arsenic left in the leaching residue. The leaching process of arsenic is mainly controlled by diffusion in solid film, and the apparent activation energy of the arsenic extraction is 7.62 kJ/mol.
