摘要
随着当前能源短缺和环境污染的形势日益严重,工程机械高能耗、高排放的问题日益突出,工程机械节能减排工作已经刻不容缓。如何在国家政策的领导下实现工程机械的节能减排和环境保护目标已经成为当今社会关注的热点。从工程机械节能减排的背景出发,分析当前工程机械减排降耗的研究现状,归纳总结了工程机械节能减排的主要技术以及存在的不足,提出了相关解决办法,重点强调了轻量化设计的新理念新方法,指出今后节能减排工作新动向,为我国机械制造行业的环保与节能技术的研发提供借鉴。
With the increasingly serious situation of energy shortage and environmental pollution and the increasingly prominent problems of high energy consumption and high emissions of construction machinery,energy conservation and emission reduction of construction machinery has become an urgent task.How to achieve the goal of energy-saving and emission-reduction and environmental protection of construction machinery under the leadership of national policies has become a hot topic of social concern.Starting from the background of energy saving and emission reduction of construction machinery,this paper analyzed the current research situation of energy saving and emission reduction of construction machinery,summarized the main technologies and their shortcomings of energy saving and emission reduction of construction machinery,put forward relevant solutions,emphasized the new ideas and methods of lightweight design,and pointed out the new development of energy saving and emission reduction in the future.To provide reference for the development of environmental protection and energy saving technology in China’s machinery manufacturing industry.
