摘要
南京工程学院测控技术与仪器专业在师资队伍、教学资源、校企合作育人、多元化人才培养模式以及教学和科研成果建设等方面,已具备了建成一流专业的基础条件,但仍存在需要完善的方面。学校应以兄弟院校一流专业为标杆,以工程教育认证为契机,构建面向国家和行业需求、以产出为导向的高水平应用型人才培养体系,全面提升新时代人才培养能力,推进一流应用型本科专业建设。
Despite space for improvement,basic conditions for a first-class major such as teaching staff,teaching resources,college-enterprise cooperational talent training,diversified talent training mode,teaching and research achievements have been formed in the major of measurement and control technology and instrumentations at Nanjing Institute of Technology.By taking some exemplary colleges as a model,a system for training application-oriented talents needed by governments and markets is proposed.This system aims to improve talents'overall abilities of the new era and promote construction of first-class applied undergraduate majors.
