摘要
利用甲基磺酸乙酯诱变加工番茄种子获得5份M 2代早熟突变体,通过田间种植观察,对5份早熟突变体生长发育特性、果实品质等进行综合评价。结果表明,早熟突变体S 2,比对照提前7 d成熟,果实生长速率和果实品质显著优于亲本里格尔87-5,综合表现最好。
Five M 2 generation premature mutants are obtained from tomato seeds by mutagenesis of ethyl methyl sulfonate(EMS).The growth and development characteristics and fruit quality of 5 early maturing mutants are evaluated by field observation.The study showed that the S 2 mutant had the characteristics of early maturity,ripening 7 days earlier than the control group,and the fruit growth rate and fruit quality are significantly better than that of the parent Liger 87-5,with the best comprehensive performance.
