摘要
高校健美操教学训练一体化模式的应用取得了很大的成效,但在体育运动教学中依然存在着很多问题,不利于提升高校健美操的教学质量。应尽快解决高校健美操教学训练一体化模式应用过程中存在的问题,提出提高高校健美操教学训练一体化模式的有效对策,才能进一步推动高校健美操运动的快速发展。
There is great achievement in integrated model of aerobics teaching and training of colleges and universities.But there are also a lot of problems in physical exercise teaching,which is not benefit for the improvement of aerobics teaching quality of colleges and universities.It is suggested to solve the problems in integrated model of aerobics teaching and training of colleges and universities in time,and propose the effective countermeasures of improving integrated model of aerobics teaching and training of colleges and universities,in order to further promote the rapid development of aerobics of colleges and universities.
