电沉积制备W-Co合金镀层及其耐蚀性能研究

摘要 为了缓解腐蚀,增强基体的使用寿命,以钛金属为基体,采用电沉积法制备了W-Co合金镀层。使用扫描电镜对镀层的晶粒尺寸和微观形貌进行表征,利用Autolab电化学工作站测试镀层在3.5%的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电流密度。研究了不同电流密度、主盐浓度及pH值对合金镀层性能的影响规律。结果表明,电镀液中钨盐质量浓度为0.08 mg/mL时,镀液温度为65℃,pH值为6,钴盐浓度为0.1 mol/L,电流密度为50 mA/cm^2,腐蚀电流密度为7.294×10^-5A/cm^2时,W-Co合金镀层表现出良好的耐腐蚀性。 Coating of W-Co alloy were prepared on a titanium substrate by electrodeposition to alleviate corrosion and enhance service life of the substrate.The grain sizes and microstructures of the coatings were characterized under scanning electron microscopy.The corrosion current densities of the coatings in a 3.5%NaCl solution were measured using an Autolab electrochemical workstation.Impacts of current density,concentration of main salt,and pH value on the coating properties were studied in details.The results indicate that the as-prepared alloy coating demonstrates a good corrosion resistance when the concentration of tungsten salt in the plating solution is 0.08 mg/mL,the temperature is 65℃,the cobalt salt concentration is 0.1 mol/L,the current density is 50 mA/cm2,and the corrosion current density is 7.294×10^-5 A/cm^2.
