摘要
遵循美国国家科学院医学研究所对指南的最新定义,构建《医疗机构药品遴选指南》计划书,指导和规范本指南制订工作。《医疗机构药品遴选指南》计划书以世界卫生组织标准版指南制定方法学为基本依据,并符合指南研究与评价工具的六大领域。本指南已在国际实践指南注册平台进行注册,注册号:IPGRP-2019CN030。本计划书主要介绍该指南制定方法和技术路线,包括项目组组成、问题构建、证据的获取和评价、推荐意见的形成及适用范围等。《医疗机构药品遴选指南》的制订过程将严格遵循本计划书进行。该项指南的构建将极大程度上完善医疗机构药品遴选制度与方法,保障临床诊疗用药需求,促进合理用药。
To construct the plan of Guidelines for Drug Selection in Medical Institutions following the latest definition of guidelines by the Institute of Medicine,National Academy of Sciences,and to guide and standardize the development of this guideline.The plan of Guidelines for Drug Selection in Medical Institutions was based on the methodology established by the World Health Organization standard version of the guidelines,and was consistent with the six major fields of guidelines research and evaluation tools.This guideline has been registered in the International Practice Guidelines Registration Platform under registration number IPGRP-2019 CN030.This plan mainly introduces the preparation method and technical route of the guide,including project group composition,problem construction,acquisition and evaluation of evidence,formation of recommendation opinions and scope of application.The formulation process of Guidelines for Drug Selection in Medical Institutions will be carried out in strict accordance with this Plan.The construction of this guideline will greatly improve the drug selection system and method of medical institutions,ensure the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment of drugs,and promote the rational use of drugs.
