摘要
以1,5-戊二胺、对苯二甲酸(PTA)、间苯二甲酸(PIA)为原料,采用溶液聚合法合成了透明半芳香共聚尼龙PA5T/5I。经红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(NMR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热失重(TG)、动态热机械分析(DMA)、力学性能等表征方法对PA5T/5I进行了全面的剖析。结果表明,成功制备了新型共聚尼龙5T/5I,其玻璃化转变温度为133℃,最大热分解温度高达460℃,较PA6T/6I,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和热变形温度分别提高了4%、10%、4%和10%,具有优异的热性能和力学性能。
A semi-aromatic polyamide 5T/5I was prepared by solution polymerization using 1,5-pentanediamine,terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid as raw materials.The copolymerized nylon 5T/5I was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetry(TG),dynamic thermomechanical analysis(DMA)and mechanical properties.The results show that novel copolymer nylon 5T/5I is successfully prepared and has excellent thermal and mechanical properties.The glass transition temperature is 133℃,and the maximum thermal decomposition temperature is up to 460℃.Comparing with PA6T/6I,the tensile strength,bending strength,bending modulus and thermal deformation temperature have increased 4%,10%,4%and 10%,respectively.
