摘要
以雄安站超长大体积混凝土工程为依托,阐述跳仓法施工技术。通过优化配合比,应用免剔凿施工缝、自动测温、自动喷淋等技术,解决混凝土开裂、渗漏等问题,缩短施工工期,达到良好的施工效果。对关键施工控制点进行总结,可用于指导工程实践。
Based on the super long mass concrete project of Xiongan railway station,this paper expounds the construction technology of sequence method. By optimizing the mix proportion, applying the construction joint free from chiseling,automatic temperature measurement,automatic spraying and other technologies,the problems of concrete cracking and leakage are solved,the construction period is shortened,and the good construction effect is achieved. The summary of key construction control points can be used to guide engineering practice.
