摘要
为探究不同含量的填料对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合涂层摩擦学性能的影响,以Al2O3作为填料,制备了不同Al2O3含量的氧化铝/聚四氟乙烯复合涂层,研究了不同Al2O3含量对PTFE复合涂层的摩擦学性能影响。采用HT-200摩擦磨损试验机对涂层的摩擦学性能进行测试;通过三维形貌仪以及扫描电子显微镜分析了涂层磨痕微观形貌。结果表明:Al2O3的添加提高了PTFE复合涂层的摩擦系数,而且随着Al2O3含量的增大,其摩擦系数逐渐增加;而PTFE复合涂层的磨损量随着Al2O3的添加而降低,当Al2O3填充量为5%(质量分数)时,其磨损体积从空白时的1.22×10^8μm^3降至9.24×10^7μm^3,磨痕深度降低了2μm。而且,Al2O3含量越高,PTFE复合涂层磨损量越小,耐磨性能越优异。
In order to research the influences of the fillers with different contents on the tribological properties of the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite coatings,the aluminum oxide/PTFE composite coatings with different Al2O3 contents were prepared by using Al2O3 as filler. HT-600 friction/wear tester was employed to test the tribological properties of the coating,and the microscopic morphology of the wear scar was analyzed by three-dimensional profiler and scanning electron microscope. Results showed that the addition of Al2O3 increased the friction coefficient of PTFE composite coating,and with the increase of Al2O3 content,the friction coefficient gradually increased. However,the abrasion loss of PTFE composite coatings decreased significantly with the addition of Al2O3. When the Al2O3 content increased from 0 to 5% (mass fraction),the abrasion volume of the obtained coatings decreased from 1.22×10^8μm^3 to 9.24×10^7μm^3,and the depth of wear scratch decreased by 2 μm. Moreover,the higher Al2O3 content led to the smaller wear of the composite coating and the better wear resistance.
