摘要
目的:分析评价保健食品原料——泽泻的功效成分质量状况。方法:对来自主产地广西、四川、福建的30批泽泻样品进行检测,对检测结果进行分析评价。结果:30批随机样品功效成分不合格率达23.3%,指纹图谱平均相似度为0.87。结论:原料泽泻的功效成分质量不稳定,不同样本间存在较大差异,建议保健食品生产企业重点把控原料的功效成分含量,以确保产品能达到预期功效。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the quality of the functional ingredients of Alisma orientalis,a health food raw material.Methods:The Alisma orientalis samples from the main producing areas of Guangxi,Sichuan and Fujian were tested,and the test results were analyzed and evaluated.Result:The unqualified rate of functional components of 30 batches of random samples was found to reach 23.3%,and the average similarity of fingerprints was 0.87.Conclusion:The quality of the functional ingredients of the raw material Alisma orientalis is unstable,and there are big differences between different samples.It is recommended that health food manufacturers focus on controlling the content of the functional ingredients of the raw materials to ensure that the product can achieve the expected efficacy.
