摘要
建筑消能减震加固是建筑抗震加固的重要组成部分,本文介绍了《建筑消能减震加固技术规程》(CECS 547-2018)的编制背景、指导思想、编制过程,并对规范的主要设计内容和技术要点进行了详细阐述,包括规程的适用范围、不同后续使用年限三水准地震动参数、加固的设防目标、计算分析方法、混凝土结构加固、钢结构加固、性能化加固设计、消能器技术要求和消能部件及连接要求等。
Energy dissipation technology is an important part of building seismic strengthening.This paper introduces the compilation background,guiding ideology and compilation process of Technical Specification for Seismic Energy Dissipation of Strengthening Structure(CECS 547-2018).The technical points are elaborated in detail,including the scope of application,three-level ground motion parameters with different subsequent service life, strengthening fortification targets, calculation methods, concrete structure strengthening,steel structure strengthening,performance-based strengthening design,technical requirements for damper and energy dissipation components and connection requirements,etc.It plays an important role in the design of building energy dissipation strengthening.
