摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在医院医疗设备维护保养中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2020年6月陆军军医大学第二附属医院的197件医疗设备作为研究对象,将2018年7月至2019年6月的96件设备设为对照组,将2019年7月至2020年6月的101件设备设为观察组。对照组实施常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施精细化管理,比较两组设备完好率、故障维修率、消毒清洗合格率及设备使用人员满意度。结果观察组设备完好率、消毒清洗合格率均高于对照组,故障维修率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组设备使用人员满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化管理应用于医院医疗设备的维护保养中,能够有效改善设备的使用情况及维护保养效果,且可提高设备使用人员的满意度。
Objective The application effect of fine management in the maintenance of medical equipment in hospitals was explored.Methods A total of 197 pieces of medical equipment used in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected in this study.The 96 pieces of medical equipment used from July 2018 to June 2019 were defined as the control group and the 101 pieces of medical equipment used from July 2019 to June 2020 were defined as the observation group.The control group was managed conventionally and the observation group was managed finely based on the control group.The intact rate of medical equipment,the maintenance rate of equipment failure,the qualification rate of disinfecting and cleaning equipment and the satisfaction rate acquired from medical equipment users were compared.Results The intact rate of medical equipment and the qualification rate of disinfecting and cleaning equipment in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,and the maintenance rate of equipment failure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate acquired form medical equipment users in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When the fine management was implemented in the maintenance of medical equipment in hospitals,the use of medical equipment,the maintenance effect,and the satisfaction rate of users could all be improved effectively.
