摘要
为探究大型真菌的抑菌活性,更深层次地为利用大型真菌资源制作无污染微生物制剂做指导。以菌丝生长速率为指标,利用11种大型真菌子实体粗提取物(减压浓缩液及其冷冻干燥物),分别对小麦赤霉病菌、马铃薯干腐病菌、油菜菌核病菌、小麦根腐病菌、小麦纹枯病、番茄早疫病菌6种植物病原真菌进行了抑菌试验和毒力测定试验。研究结果表明,11种大型真菌中,在子实体粗提取物(冷冻干燥物)浓度为100 mg·mL-1时,有4种大型真菌子实体粗提取物对植物病原真菌有较好的抑菌效果,分别为白乳菇、桦附毛孔菌、硫磺菌和金黄喇叭菌,抑菌率均达到80%以上。可利用其子实体提取物制成微生物制剂用于植物病原真菌的生物防治。
In order to investigate the antifungal activity of macrofungi, so as to guide the further production of pollution-free microbial preparation resources that utilizes macrofungi. The antifungal and virulence tests of crude extracts(vacuum concentrated extract and freeze-dried extract) of 11 kinds of macro fungi fruiting bodies to 6 kinds of pathogenic fungi, including Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium coeruleum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Bipolaris sorokiniana, Rhizoctonia cerealis and Alternaria solani were carried out by hyphal growth rate method. The results indicated that, when the concentration of crude extract from fruiting body(freeze-dried extract) was 100 mg·mL-1, 4 kinds of crude extracts of the 11 kinds of macrofungi fruiting bodies, which are Lactarius piperatus, Trichaptum pargamenum, Laetiporus sulphureus and Craterellus aureus, had desired antifungal effects on plant pathogenic fungi, and antifungal rates of these crude extracts from fruiting body were above 80%. Thus, these crude extracts from fruiting body can be used to prepare microbial preparations for biological control of plant pathogenic fungi.
