摘要
分析马尾松高产脂初级种子园自由授粉子代中林龄生长、产脂力和木材基本密度的遗传变异规律和遗传相关性。结果表明树高、胸径和单株立木材积广义遗传力介于0.4441~0.6024间,狭义遗传力介于0.1901~0.2944间。产脂力广义遗传力为0.5891,狭义遗传力为0.6078。木材基本密度广义遗传力为0.3827,狭义遗传力为0.2876。生长性状受到明显的非加性遗传效应影响,而产脂力和木材基本密度主要受到加性遗传效应影响。生长性状与产脂力高度正向遗传相关,但与木材基本密度无明显的遗传相关性。在遗传变异规律分析基础上,筛选高产脂力速生家系7个,产脂力、树高、胸径和单株立木材积遗传增益分别为14.08%、0.70%、2.04%和3.70%。筛选速生高木材基本密度家系2个,单株立木材积和木材基本密度遗传增益分别为4.55%和3.33%。筛选速生单株13株,单株立木材积遗传增益为87.33%。
For studying the genetic variation rule of Pinus massoniana,the growth,resin-yielding capacity and basic wood density of 24 families at middle age were examined in an open-pollinated progeny test.The analysis observed significant differences on all the tested trarits among families.Broad sense heritability of tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH)and volume was 0.4441 to 0.6024 and narrow sense heritability was 0.1901 to 0.2944.Broad sense heritability of resin-yielding capacity was 0.5891 and narrow sense heritability was 0.6078.Broad sense heritability of basic wood density was 0.3827 and narrow sense heritability was 0.2876.The value of heritability declared that additive genetic effects heavily affect resin-yielding capacity and basic wood density,but growth was mainly affected by non-additive genetic effects.Furthermore,growth and resin-yielding capacity showed close positive genetic correlation,but basic wood density was not correlated to growth and resin-yielding capacity on genetic.For instance,7 families were identified as high resin-yielding capacity and fasting growing families,getting average genetic gain of 14.08%,0.70%,2.04%and 3.70%on resin-yielding capacity,tree height,DBH and volume.2 families were identified as fast growing and high basic wood density families,getting average genetic gain of 4.55%and 3.33%on volume and basic wood density.13 individuals were identified as fast growing individuals,getting average genetic gain of 87.33%on volume.
