摘要
某石化公司4.8 Mt/a催化裂化装置烟气脱硫系统外排含盐污水悬浮物质量浓度高,对其影响因素逐一进行研究和分析。结果表明,主要原因有絮凝剂配方选型错误、絮凝剂投加浓度异常、澄清器操作异常和原絮凝剂配方不适用等。采取停止使用错误配方絮凝剂、排除絮凝剂泵出口管线结垢故障、疏通澄清器底部排泥管线、调整絮凝剂配方等处理措施,实现了含盐污水的达标排放。
A petrochemical company’s 4.8 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit flue gas desulfurization effluent salty sewage has a high suspended solids concentration,and its influencing factors are studied and analyzed one by one.The results show that the main reasons are the wrong flocculant formula selection,abnormal flocculant dosage concentration,abnormal operation of the clarifier,and qualitative changes that make the original flocculant formula unsuitable.Treatment measures such as stopping the use of the wrong formula flocculant,eliminating the fouling failure of the flocculant pump outlet pipeline,dredging the sludge discharge pipeline at the bottom of the clarifier,and adjusting the flocculant formula,have achieved the discharge of salty sewage up to the standard.
