摘要
目的汉化间歇自我导尿接受度(ICAT)量表,并分析其评估神经源性膀胱患者清洁间歇自我导尿依从性和有效性的信效度。方法翻译并形成中文版ICAT量表。选取2017年1月至2019年1月该院收治的150例神经源性膀胱患者应用中文版ICAT量表测评其认知情况,并评价量表的信效度。结果中文版ICAT量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.805,各维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.736~0.875;奇偶折半系数为0.952,各维度奇偶折半系数为0.896~0.966;重测信度为0.938,各维度重测信度为0.723~0.926。量表内容效度指数为0.932,各条目内容效度指数为0.840~1.000。探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,累积方差贡献率为72.996%,各条目在相应因子上的载荷值为0.516~0.923。ICAT量表得分与功能独立性测量得分呈正相关(r=0.527,P<0.05),与医院焦虑与抑郁量表得分呈负相关(r=-0.541,P<0.05),效标关联效度良好。结论中文版ICAT量表具有良好的信效度,可作为中国神经源性膀胱患者清洁间歇自我导尿依从性及有效性的测评工具。
Objective To make the Chinesization of the Intermittent Catheterization Acceptance Test(ICAT)scale,and to analyze the reliability and validity for its evaluation on the compliance and effectiveness of the clean intermittent self-catheterization(CISC)in the patients with neurogenic bladder.Methods The Chinese version of ICAT scale was translated and formed.A total of 150 patients with neurogenic bladder treated in this hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.Their recognition was assessed by using the Chinese version ICAT scale,and the reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated.Results The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the Chinese version ICAT scale was 0.805,the Cronbach′sαcoefficient of each dimension was 0.736-0.875,the even and odd half coefficients was 0.952,the even and odd half coefficient of each dimension was 0.896-0.966,the test-retest reliability was 0.938,and the test-retest reliability of each dimension was 0.723-0.926.The content validity index of the scale was 0.932,and the content validity index of each item was 0.840-1.000.The exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors,the cumulative contribution rate was 72.996%,and the load values of each item on the corresponding factors were 0.516-0.923.The ICAT scale score was positively correlated with the functional independence measurement(FIM)score(r=0.527,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)score(r=-0.541,P<0.05),and the criterion-related variance validity was good.Conclusion The Chinese version of ICAT scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for CISC compliance and effectiveness in Chinese patients with neurogenic bladder.
