摘要
在新的时代条件下,伴随着“一带一路”倡议的提出和实施,广泛分布于我国边疆地区的跨界民族迎来了历史性的发展机遇。作为祖国参与和推动“一带一路”建设的重要力量,我国边疆跨界民族群体既拥有特殊的地缘性、亲缘性和文缘性参与优势,又面临自身维度、国内维度和国际维度问题的考验。据此,有必要秉持国家主义的价值取向对我国跨界民族服务祖国参与“一带一路”建设的正面角色定位进行准确把握,在凸显其正向价值及使命塑造的基础上,培养我国跨界民族健康融入“一带一路”建设的能力,服务推动世界“一带一路”建设行稳致远。
In the new era when the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed and implemented,Chinese cross-border ethnic groups widely distributed in China's border areas are faced with historic development opportunities.Due to their special geographical,kinship and cultural advantages,these groups have been an important force in participating in and promoting the development of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,but they have been challenged in terms of their own,local and international dimensions.Therefore,it is imperative to identify the role of these ethnic groups in promoting the development of the"Belt and Road"Initiative by focusing on their values and missions in the process so as to enhance their capability of better integrating into the development and promoting a smooth sailing of the development of the Initiative around the world.
