摘要
目的:探讨老年持续性心房颤动患者血清晚期糖基化终产物羧甲基赖氨酸(CML)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法:选择老年心房颤动患者50例(年龄≥65岁),对照组为同期住院的年龄≥65岁非心房颤动患者30例。用ELISA法检测血CML、SOD、TNF-α的水平。彩色多普勒超声检测左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心房内径。结果:与对照组相比,老年心房颤动组血清CML、TNF-α均明显升高(均P<0.05),血清SOD较对照组降低(P<0.05),LVEF和左心房内径亦较对照组显著升高(均P<0.05)。结论:晚期糖基化终末产物是促使老年心房颤动发生的一种重要生物物质,有可能通过氧化应激参与了房颤的病理生理过程。
Objective:To investigate the changes in serum levels of advanced glycation end products carboxymethyllysine(CML),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in elderly patients with persistent atrial fibrillation,and to explore its clinical significance.Methods:50 elderly patients with atrial fibrillation(age≥65 years)were selected as the elderly atrial fibrillation group,and and 30 non-atrial fibrillation patients aged≥65 years who were hospitalized during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum CML,SOD,and TNF-αwere detected by ELISA.Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect LVEF and left atrium inner diameter.Results:Compared with the control group,the serum CML and TNF-αof the elderly atrial fibrillation group were significantly increased(all P<0.05),and the serum SOD was lower(P<0.05),and the LVEF and left atrial diameter were higher(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The advanced glycation end products are an important biological substance that promotes the occurrence of elderly atrial fibrillation,and may participate in the pathophysiological process of atrial fibrillation through oxidative stress.
