摘要
                
                    着重分析了熔融沉积成型、选择性激光烧结、立体光固化、分层实体制造等3D打印成型工艺基本原理及其各自的优缺点;综述了在不同的3D打印成型过程中对PLA材料的改性要求;系统论述了3D打印PLA材料在生物医学、机械制造、铸造加工、日常生活等领域的应用现状及最新进展,并对未来3D打印PLA材料及相关技术进行了展望。
                
                The basic principles and their advantages and disadvantages of 3D printing molding processes,such as melt deposition molding,selective laser sintering,stereoscopic light curing and layered solid manufacturing,are emphatically analyzed.A series of modification requirements of PLA materials in different 3D printing molding processes are also shown.And the research progress of poly(lactic acid)(PLA)in 3D printing is reviewed systematically.Moreover,the development trend and application prospect of 3D printing PLA materials in biomedicine,machinery manufacturing,casting processing,living and other fields are also discussed.Finally,the researches on 3D printing PLA materials and theirs processing methods are prospected.
