摘要
笥一般用作文书的收纳、存放使用。就其使用状态而言可以分为两类:一类用作行政文书的收纳,吏员根据办公的需要取出或放入相应的文书,这一类笥处于使用状态,其上悬挂的笥牌书写格式一般为“年代”+“事项”,部分在“事项”之后还有“具此中”字样;另一类笥用作文书存档,其中的文书均已处理完毕,这一类笥及其中的文书一般处于封存状态,其上悬挂的笥牌会有“已事”字样。再者,前一类笥中的文书若是处理完毕,便会移至“已事”笥中存放,笥牌随之废弃,部分笥牌被二次利用。若是文书的时效性不强,属于法律、章程或需要长期办理的“从人”类文书等等,则单独存放于笥中,笥牌上没有年份等时间信息。此外,迁陵县早期事务较少,因此存在将几个笥中的文书合并至一个笥中存放的情况。
The“Si”in Liye Qin Bamboo Slips generally refers to a container used to collect and store document files.As far as the use status is concerned,“Si”can be divided into two categories:one is used for the storage of administrative documents.Officials take out documents from or put documents into the“Si”according to office needs.This kind of“Si”is usually in use,and the writing format of the“Si Card”hanging on it is“year+event”,and some of them are also written with the words“in this”after the“event”;The other type of“Si”is used for filing documents which have been processed.This kind of“Si”and the documents stored in them are generally in the sealed state.The sign on it will say“processed”.Moreover,if the documents in the former type of“Si”are processed,they will be moved to the“Si”marked with“processed”,and the“Si Card”on the“Si”will be discarded,and some of the“Si Card”will be reused.If the timeliness of the documents is not strong,such as the documents related to laws and regulations or the“subordinate people”documents that need to be handled for a long time,the documents should be stored separately in the“Si”,and there was no time information such as the year on the“Si Card”.In addition,since there were few affairs in Qianling county at that time,it was sometimes possible to merge the documents from several“Si”into one“Si”.
