摘要
研究标准化值或评价值的评价功能,必须要明确区分相对评价和绝对评价。文章从相对评价的视角,定义了标准化值和评价值的评价功能,分析了5种标准化值和2种评价值的评价功能。研究表明:min-max标准化值和极大值标准化值具有评价功能,sigmoid标准化值的评价功能欠佳,均值标准化值和z-score标准化值不具有评价功能;TOPSIS的评价值具有评价功能,线性加权综合法评价值的评价功能受标准化方法的影响,但可通过对评价值进行线性转换实现其评价功能。评价值的评价功能可独立于标准化值的评价功能,但是不同的标准化方法会影响各指标的差异性,从而影响评价方法的评价值。评价者在评价时需区别应用标准化值和评价值的评价功能。最后,文章提出了标准化方法的应用建议。
To research the evaluation function of normalization value or evaluation value,it is necessary to distinguish relative evaluation and absolute evaluation.From the perspective of relative evaluation,this paper defines the evaluation function of normalization value and evaluation value,and analyzes the evaluation function of normalization value of five normalization methods and evaluation value of two evaluation methods.The following conclusions have been drawn:(1)The normalization value of min-max normalization and max normalization has evaluation function,the evaluation function of normalization value of sigmoid normalization is poor,and the normalization value of mean normalization and z-score normalization has no evaluation function.(2)The evaluation value of TOPSIS has evaluation function.The evaluation function of evaluation value of linear weighted comprehensive method is affected by normalization method.However,the evaluation function can be realized by linear conversion of evaluation value.The evaluation function of evaluation value can be independent of the evaluation function of normalization value,but different normalization methods will affect the differences of each indicator,thus affecting the evaluation value of evaluation methods.The evaluators need to distinguish the application of evaluation function of normalization value and evaluation value.Finally,this paper puts forward the application suggestions of normalization methods.
