摘要
金华老火车站是浙赣铁路上唯一保存较为完整的车站,是重要的近代工业遗产,也是金华城市发展的见证。通过史料查阅、实地勘测和走访老铁路工人等方式,系统整理了金华老火车站的历史变革、铁路系统组成和铁路遗存情况。认为金华老火车站是遗存丰富的露天铁路博物馆,它记录了金华近代发展的城市轨迹,也是浙江人民的集体记忆。在其交通职能转移的当下,应在重点保护和展示铁路遗存的同时,成为展现江城特色的滨水客厅和城市名片,继续为金华城市发展提供动力。因此,通过挖掘场地历史主题,串联空间节点,形成铁路兴筑、百年老站、二七往事、水陆联运和水岸粮仓五大叙事板块,展示铁路印记,丰富文化体验;解决关键节点,整合铁路带和滨水带,打造连续共融的城市线性开放空间。此外,对设计过程中铁路遗存重要性的分析与利用、铺装材料的选择,以及滨江步行带高差处理与防洪设计等细节进行了探讨,以期为相关设计项目提供思路。
The old railway station in Jinhua is the only station that is relatively intact along the Zhejiang-Jiangxi railway.It is an important modern industrial heritage and a witness to Jinhua's city development.The research systematically collated the historical transformation,railway system composition and railway remains of the station through historical data,on-site investigation and visits to old railway workers.Jinhua old railway station is a museum with rich outdoor railway.It records the track of Jinhua's modern development,and is also a collective memory of many Zhejiang people.At the moment when its transport function is transferred,it should focus on the protection and display of railway remains,and become the city's waterfront living room and city card,which will continue to provide impetus for Jinhua's city development.Through the excavation of the historical theme of the site and the connection of space nodes,the design forms five major narrative plates:railway construction,100-year-old station,two-seven community past events,land and water intermodal transportation,and water bank granaries,displaying railway marks,enriching cultural experience,solving key nodes,integrating railway belt and waterfront,and creating a continuous linear urban open space.The design details of the importance of railway legacy in the design process,the selection of pavement materials,and the height difference processing of waterfront pedestrian zone are discussed in this paper.
