摘要
针对高含泥砂、高含粉机制砂的使用引起的混凝土用水量敏感、和易性能不稳定以及普通减水剂的水泥适应性差等问题,采用新型乙烯基聚醚大单体(6C单体)制备了一种高适应性聚羧酸系高性能减水剂,水泥适应性强,在机制砂与河砂复配使用的混凝土、高含泥机制砂混凝土中取得了良好应用效果。
In view of the problems of water consumption sensitivity and unstable workability of concrete and poor cement adaptability of common water reducer caused by the use of high clay sand and high silt content machine-made sand,a high adaptability polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared by using new vinyl polyether macromonomer(6c monomer).Good results have been achieved in concrete mixed with machine-made sand and river sand and high silt machine-made sand concrete.
