摘要
高校后勤基层党建工作受制于党员占比不高、过于分散,活动开展缺乏感召力,重管轻建等影响,其政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力、社会号召力亟待提升。高校后勤党建工作创新必须贯穿在服务育人过程中,管建结合,脚踏实地,贴近后勤工作实际,充分挖掘并结合利用高校资源。
The grassroots party building work in universities is restricted by many factors,such as the low proportion of party members,dispersion,lack of charisma in activities,and emphasis onmanagement rather than construction.Therefore,its political leadership,the ability to lead ideas,the ability to organize masses and social appeal need to be improved urgently.The innovation of logistics party construction in universities must be carried through in the process of service and education,combined with management and construction,down-to-earth and close to the reality of logistics work,so as to fully exploit resources of universities and make comprehensive use of them.
