摘要
研究了可伐合金4J29在热带岛礁环境下的腐蚀行为。在永兴岛大气试验站开展了圆柱形4J29合金试件为期6个月的库房暴露和棚下暴露试验,分析了样品外观、腐蚀增重、微观形貌和产物成分。试验结果表明:腐蚀从样品表面的加工缺陷处开始萌生,并逐步扩展至表面其他位置;库房和棚下暴露试验的腐蚀增重均符合幂函数形式,库房暴露试验的腐蚀增重总量较小,但试验期间增速逐渐加快,棚下试验则相反;腐蚀机理主要是合金中的金属元素发生电化学反应并生成金属氧化物,较高的温度和湿度会显著加快腐蚀速度。
Corrosion behavior of kovar alloy 4J29 in tropical island-reef environment is studied.And 6 months exposure test in warehouse and under shed is carried out for a cylindrical 4J29 alloy specimen in Yongxing island atmospheric test station,and the sample appearance,corrosion weight gain,microscopic morphology and product composition are analyzed.The test results show that the corrosion begins at the machining defects on the surface of the sample and expands gradually to other locations on the surface.And the corrosion weight gain of warehouse and shed exposure test conforms to power function form.The total corrosion weight gain of warehouse exposure test is small,but the growth rate increases gradually during the test,and the results of shed test is the opposite.The corrosion mechanism is mainly that the metal elements in the alloy undergo electrochemical reaction and form metal oxides,and higher temperature and humidity will significantly accelerate the corrosion rate.
