摘要
摩擦式扭矩限制器作为风力发电系统中的过载保护装置,在传动系统中起到传递扭矩和过载保护的功能。在其研发生产过程中,需要对其进行一系列的试验,包括扭矩标定试验、疲劳试验和温升试验,以及对扭矩限制器摩擦片进行预摩的跑合试验。设计了一种摩擦式扭矩限制器热力耦合动态监测评价装置,该装置能够实现满足多种规格扭矩限制器的测试,并且能够对扭矩限制器对偶片测温,此外,其还能为扭矩限制器的疲劳试验和温升试验中所需的测试要求提供相应的解决方案,具有一定的工程实用价值。
As the overload protection device in the wind power generation system,friction torque limiter plays the function of transmitting torque and overload protection in the transmission system.In the R&D and production process,a series of tests are required for the torque limiter,including torque calibration test,fatigue test,temperature rise test and pre-running running-in test of torque limiter friction plate.A dynamic monitoring and evaluation device for thermal torque coupling of friction torque limiter is designed,it can realize the test of torque limiter of various specifications and can measure the temperature of the dual pieces of torque limiter.Besides,it can provide the corresponding solutions for the test requirement in the fatigue test and temperature rise test of torque limiter,so it has certain practical value in engineering.
