摘要
随着国家"双一流"建设、省高水平大学建设的推进,高校思想政治工作迎来新使命,新时代高校辅导员队伍建设面临新要求。基于此,从多方面进行探讨,着力推进地方高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设。
With the advancement of the national "double first-class" construction and the construction of provincial high-level universities,the ideological and political work of colleges and universities has ushered in a new mission,and the construction of college counselors in the new era faces new requirements.Based on this,we will discuss from many aspects,and strive to promote the professionalization and professionalism of local college counselors.
