摘要
在乡村振兴新时期发展背景下,乡村公共空间建设迎来了新的机遇。传统的村庄建设通过外部力量或组织的介入进行提升,忽视村庄内部发展秩序的作用,其中乡村中公共空间的发展变化是最典型的表现之处,但是修建后仍呈现出乡村公共空间衰落、公共活动匮乏、公众参与缺失等问题。本文以广东省韶关市仁化县高坝村为例,讨论通过私人院落对公共部分进行开放退让的策略,促使村民参与高坝村公共空间改造的讨论中,培养村民的公共参与意识,营造乡村公共空间公共性,以促进村庄发展的良性循环。
In the context of the new era of rural vitalization,the construction of rural public space has ushered in new opportunities.Traditional village construction promotes the construction of the village through the intervention of external organizations,ignoring the power of developing order from the inside of the village.The development and change of the public space in the village is the most typical manifestation.After the construction,it still shows the decline of the rural public space.Lack of public activities,lack of public participation and other issues.This article takes Gaoba Village,Renhua County,Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province as an example,discusses the strategy of opening and concession to the public part through private courtyards,urging villagers to participate in the discussion of Gaoba Village’s public space transformation,fostering the villagers’awareness of public participation and building publicness of rural public space to promote a virtuous circle of village development.
