摘要
创新创业教育是应用型高校实现人才培养目标的重要载体。随着创新创业教育的深入开展,应用型高校创新创业师资队伍在数量结构、能力素质、管理配置、考核评价以及职业生涯发展等方面仍与新时代发展需求存在差距。教师是高校最宝贵的第一资源。应用型高校要以现代人力资源管理理论为指导,明确师资选聘标准,构建师资培训开发体系,优化师资管理配置,完善评价激励机制以及强化师资职业生涯管理,以此实现人才培养模式改革的新突破。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important carrier for application-oriented universities to achieve talent training objectives.With its further development,there is still a gap between universities and the development needs of the new era,in terms of quantity structure,ability and quality,management configuration,assessment and career development.Teachers are the most valuable resources in colleges and universities.Under the guidance of modern human resource management theory,applied universities should make clear the standards of teachers’selection and appointment,construct the training and development system of teachers,optimize the allocation of teachers’management,improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,and strengthen the management of teachers’career,so as to realize the new breakthrough of talent training mode reform.
